Conditioning Camp (Aug 22-29, 2022. Fred Barrett Arena)
UPDATE: The U11 Players and the U9 and U13 Goalie spots are full. Please complete the form, without payment, to be placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted for payment if space opens up.
Available for U9, U11, U13 and U15 Players
This is a conditioning camp to get players back on the ice and ready for sort outs – skating, stickhandling and shooting drills. It is recommended for returning players and not for new/non-skating players. While development may occur, it is not intended to include instruction and there will be no scrimmages.
Goalies are included in the camp for skating drills with other players and all shooting drills. Please note that we don’t include specific goalie training and therefore goalies may register for a reduced fee.
Max. 26 per group including goalies, max. 2 goalies per group.
Five (5) 1hr sessions per group.

Body Contact Clinic (Aug 30, 2022, 6-8pm, Fred Barrett Arena)
Available for players born 2009 (U14) and 2008 (U15)
The clinic is a 2hr session that is aimed at developing contact skills in preparation for a players' transition into body contact this season. Open to U14 and U15 players, this two hour Clinic will provide the basics in how to take and receive a body check, balance, safety, injury prevention and how to incorporate into game situations.
Max. 26 players.
