MDHA will follow Ottawa Public’s Health guidance on COVID screening.  Until such time as mandated by any of the following authorities, Hockey Canada, Hockey Eastern Ontario, Gloucester Hockey Association (D9), Province of Ontario or City of Ottawa, MDHA will require all participants and team staff to self screen using the Provincial School and Child Care Screening tool found HERE.

Teams are, at the discretion of the coach and parents, able to implement their own screening methods, namely by using the TeamSnap built on screening tool.  Please speak with the VP, Risk and Safety before implementing for more details.
