Registration for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season (Feb 16-Mar 31, 2021) will be re-opening on Friday February 12 at 8am.
If you had previously registered for Jan-Mar and did NOT request a refund- you do not need to do anything and your child is still registered. You will receive a refund for the difference in fees within the upcoming weeks.
If you had previously registered for Jan-Mar and DID request a refund- you will need to re-register using the link below if you wish to play.
If you had NOT previously registered for Jan-Mar and your child would like to play the remainder of the season- you will need to register using the link below.
Cost will be $125 for Feb 16-Mar 31, 2021 (6 weeks). For new participants that have not previously registered this season, there is also a non-refundable fee of $100 for fixed participant fees/overhead.

NOTE: Registration will be closing Sunday Feb 14th at midnight. This is to allow convenors and coaches time to re-assess registration levels and make adjustments to teams/bubbles as needed.

Additional notes for registration:
- Players who were transferred into Metcalfe from another association (mostly Russell and Leitrim Rep B players) must register/pay with Metcalfe, not their home association.
- Metcalfe players who were transferred out of Metcalfe to another association (mostly AAA, Rangers and Russell Rep B players) must register/pay with their host association, not Metcalfe.

Multi-Player Family Discount. Families with 3 or more children registered with MDHA receive a 15% Discount on each child’s MDHA registration fee.

Log on to your previous account or start a new account if you have not previously registered your children on-line. Follow the instructions and ensure all of your children are added to your order. If you have problems logging on, contact the Registrar to have your password reset.
New to MDHA- Welcome!
First Year Playing Hockey?
First year players (never registered in any association before) must reside within the MDHA boundaries, complete the online form below and provide copies of proof of age (Birth Certificate) and proof of residency (recent utility bill, hydro or gas). A child may only be registered by the custodial parent with whom he/she resides (4 or more days a week)*. First year players are asked to follow the process below. Using this information a profile will be created in the Hockey Canada database. Once this is done players must register for the season following returning player instructions above. Even though U7 season registration is not yet open, new U7 players are encouraged to provide this information as soon as possible.
Note: For all new players, a one hour, on-line Respect in Sport Parent Course is to be completed by at least one parent in the household at a cost of $12 + tax.
