Rowan's Law Requirements
Before registering or participating in HEO, each player, team official and on-ice official, and a parent or guardian when the participant is under 18, must review the HEO Concussion Code of Conduct and the appropriate concussion-awareness resource.
Annual Review
Participants must complete the concussion-awareness review required for their role and age group each season. The HEO page provides the current code of conduct and age-specific Ontario resources.
