The Metcalfe District Hockey Association (MDHA) will be providing bursaries to individual MDHA members enrolled in a post-secondary program commencing in the fall of 2024.

WHO CAN APPLY:
Applicant must be registered in the MDHA for the seasons 2022-2023 or 2023-2024 and be in good standing.
Applicant must have graduated from high school in 2023 or 2024 and be accepted/enrolled in a post-secondary institution to pursue a career requiring further education or training (e.g. university, college, trade school etc.)

HOW TO APPLY:
Complete the Application Form and required documentation and forward documents to the MDHA via email to Fap coordinator at fap@metcalfejets.ca.

All applications must be submitted to the FAP Coordinator by May 5th, 2024 via email at fap@metcalfejets.ca. Late or incomplete applications (a missing attachment will be considered as an incomplete application) will not be considered.
