417 exit at Innes Road. East along Innes until the Blackburn bypass where you turn left at the lights to stay on Innes (don't take the bypass). The second set of lights is Bearbrook Rd., turn Right. This becomes Glen Park Drive and the arena is on the left side at the first corner.

Head south out of Metcalfe along Hwy 31 (Bank St.), passing through the village of Vernon and Winchester, travelling for about 20 minutes. Turn left onto Hwy 43 East into Winchester at the stop lights (Home Hardware on corner). Travel for about 9km into the village of Chesterville. Turn left onto Chesterville Queen Street and the arena is about 50m on the left.

Take the 174 (Hwy 17) East past Orleans towards Rockland. When you get to the village of Cumberland turn right at the lights (Cameron St.). Then left onto Old Montreal Road. 200 meters to right onto Dunning. The arena is up the hill on the left.

At the split take the 174 (Hwy 17) East towards Orleans. Take the first exit Blair Road and head north (cross over the highway). At the 2nd set of lights turn right on Olgilvie Road. Just past the 2nd set of lights on the right side is the arena (beside the wave pool).

Take Bank St. (Hwy 31) north from Metcalfe until you come to Leitrim Road. There will be the Police station on the corner, turn right and the arena is beside the Police station.

Take Bank St. (Hwy 31) south until you come to Victoria Street. Turn left and go into the village of Metcalfe. At the 4-way stop turn right onto Albert Street. The arena is 800M on the left across from the library.

At the split take the 174 (Hwy 17) East towards Orleans. Continue east and take the Jean D'Arc Blvd. exit and go south. The first street is Youville, turn right. The sports complex is about 200M in, park on the far side as that's where the entrance to the rinks is.

At the split take the 174 (Hwy 17) East towards Orleans. Continue east and take the Montreal Road exit. Turn left on Montreal road (taking you back under the highway) then turn right at the first set of lights (Shefford Rd.). Go down the hill and through the lights, the arena will be on the right side about 500M in.

At the split take the 174 (Hwy 17) East towards Orleans. Continue east past Place D'Orleans and take the Tenth Line Road exit. Go through the lights and up the hill, turning left (south) onto Tenth Line Road. Drive about 1 km and the Ray Friel Centre in on the left side.

Head east out of Metcalfe on Victoria Street. Continue across Boundary Road (turns into Craig St.) Take this into the village of Russell until you come to Concession St (Craig St ends). Turn Left and the arena is 30 meters on the left.

Head south out of Metcalfe along Hwy 31 (Bank St.), passing through the village of Vernon and travelling for about 15 minutes. Turn left onto Main Street (Hwy 43) into Winchester at the stop lights (Tim Horton's on corner). The arena is about 1 km in on the right side (Winchester Community Centre).
