The MDHA has a Financial Assistance Fund that assists our membership families with covering some of the cost of playing hockey.

The MDHA Financial Assistance Fund is replenished each season through donations from our membership, local businesses, a percentage of the net profits from the MDHA fundraising initiatives, and 10% of the merchandise sales.

The fund shall be open to eligible candidates from MDHA with a maximum allowable subsidy per accepted applicant which shall not exceed up to $500.00 per calendar year.

To apply for the fund, please fill in the Application listed below and email the completed application and supporting documentation to fap@metcalfejets.ca. Only members in good standing within the MDHA may apply.

The amounts contributed to accepted candidates shall be announced; however all the recipients shall remain strictly confidential.

This program is here to help those families in need within the MDHA. The MDHA Executive reserves the right to reject any application that are erroneous, fail to qualify or that we believe to be false.
