**Your player will be playing on both days of scrimmages listed below… your schedule will be posted once the skills evaluations are done. Bubble game players will also be posted… once scrimmages have wrapped up. All B levelled players will be playing in the B Balancing game.**

UPDATE: August 27, 2025: DUE TO LOIS KEMP (BLACKBURN ARENA) CLOSURE, A NEW RUST-OFF/SORT OUT SCHEDULE IS BEING FINALIZED. Once I have the new schedule, I will update everyone via email as well as update the information here.

I’d like to welcome all our new and returning families to the 2025-2026 MDHA hockey season!
Your player is required to attend all evaluation ice times scheduled in order to be placed on a team that reflects their skills. Evaluations are conducted by volunteers who have no ties to the division they are evaluating.
Evaluation jerseys (double sided) will be assigned and handed out at the rust off session. Your player is not required to wear the jersey for the rust-off; they must wear it for all evaluation and scrimmage ice.
Goalie parents: If your goalie isn’t going to attend the rust-off, you can reach out to me to pick up a jersey from me in Metcalfe.
I would also like to remind everyone that the MDHA is run by volunteers and the players are all kiddos out there doing their best! Be supportive and encouraging; we’re all here to have fun and watch our favourite players play the amazing game of hockey!
